Eli's Teaching Style |
"I believe strongly in creating a positive environment where students can become independent, self-confident learners. I try to strengthen student´s confidence through the satisfaction of completing a task, repetition and consistency, time management skills, test-taking strategies and techniques, and breaking down difficult concepts to make them easier to process. Each student has their own learning style and I try to tailor my classes based on that principle."

Mission & Purpose
|
I strive to help my students find their own agency, excitement and personal power as they learn they can do things they once thought impossible.
"My first priority is to establish a caring and safe environment where all students feel comfortable and welcome. Then I call them in to explore the concepts, encouraging class discussion and independent thought. I pay attention to the individual needs and styles of students in order to inform methods of engagement and empowerment. I’m always thinking about how best to inspire them to think, integrate, and apply."
